Florida home to some major theme parks, and one of the buzziest in the entire country is Universal. The expanded Universal Epic Universe park will include Super Nintendo World. You have probably already seen photos and videos from the completed park on the west coast at Universal Hollywood. A Mario Kart Ride, a Toadstool Cafe, tons of little Easter eggs for diehard gamers and more are spread throughout the park. In just 2 years, Orlando will also have its own Super Nintendo World. Let’s hope we can expedite the buildout on that Brightline connection so I don’t have to drive I-4 every time I need an immersive Nintendo fix.
Slated to open in the summer of 2025, Orlando’s Super Nintendo World will open with three rides, including Mario Kart and a Donkey Kong-inspired coaster, as well as the interactive Power-Up band activities. According to reports, it will be the largest Super Nintendo park in the world.

These parks also utilize power bands that allow guests to interact with different fixtures throughout the park. A massive recreation of Princess Peach’s castle, mammoth Bowser Sculptures, hungry piranha plants and more are slated for the new park.
Universal’s Epic Universe will offer an entirely new level of experiences that will forever redefine theme park entertainment, writes Park official in the official Epic Universe release. Guests will venture beyond their wildest imagination, traveling into beloved stories and through vibrant lands on adventures where the journey is as astounding as the destination. The new location will feature a theme park, an entertainment center, hotels, shops, restaurants and more. Ultimately, this expansion will create more space and freedom to let loose and create lasting memories with the people you love.
